Bristol Manor Farm backroom staff announced

Bristol Manor Farm Football Club has announced an exciting new backroom staff lineup to support incoming First Team Manager Will Justin for the 2025/26 season. These appointments aim to bolster the club’s performance and drive towards a successful first season under Justin.

Assistant Manager: Marc Ford

Marc Ford joins the club as Assistant Manager, bringing a wealth of experience and tactical insight. Ford’s extensive background in football management and coaching is expected to complement Justin’s vision and leadership.

Coaching Staff: Louis Carey, Catalin Andrei, Jon Toy and Ben Bament

The coaching team is further strengthened with the addition of three seasoned professionals:

  • Louis Carey: A Bristol City legend, Carey holds the record for all-time appearances with 646. After retiring from professional football, he transitioned into coaching and has worked with Southampton for 10 years and was assistant at Forest Green. Louis will be joining on a part time basis helping behind the scenes and coaching.
  • Catalin Andrei: Andrei joins as a coach with experience in this division last year with Cribbs and he is currently a UEFA A License candidate.
  • John Toy: Toy has a host of experience in Bristol football including a 3 year stint at the helm of Bishop Sutton
  • Ben Bament: A Farm legend, Benny B will be returning to the Farm as player coach

Physiotherapist: Nigel White

Nigel White steps in as the club’s new physiotherapist, bringing expertise in player rehabilitation and injury prevention.
