[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]”From myself and Chair Gill Callaghan, we would like to extend a big thank you to the Farmy Army for their continued support of the club over the past year. It has certainly been an eventful one – that’s for sure!
“As First-Team Manager, it was an honour to share some amazing on-field moments with you and my staff last year, including reaching the division’s play-off final in Winchester. The match proved to be a step too far for our squad, but nonetheless I am still incredibly proud of what we achieved from our 3-0 Boxing Day win over rivals Mangotsfield United onwards.
“Despite all this, we regretfully lost the most important man that’s ever been known to this football club, Geoff Sellek, and his passing continues to leave a huge void in our hearts. While we’ve had an indifferent start to this Southern League season, we’re incredibly proud to work for Geoff’s amazing club and determined to recreate the siege mentality from last year to maintain his legacy.
“Our thanks must go out to all our volunteers, staff and players for their hard work over the past year, as they have been the heartbeat of our club during difficult times.
“A special thank you must go to the club’s dedicated followers. Their support has been nothing short of amazing, and we are eager to kick on from our three points against Exmouth last time for Monday’s match at the First4Pools Stadium against Paulton.
“I hope everyone has a wonderful Christmas spent with their loved ones, and I look forward to seeing The Farmy Army contingent in Paulton on Boxing Day.
“Up the Farm!”
