Club Statement | Appointment of New Directors


Bristol Manor Farm AFC are pleased to confirm the appointment of Craig Stevens, Jack
Hennessy, and Chris Holland to the Club’s Board, with immediate effect.
The new Board assumes full ownership and operational control at a pivotal time, stepping into provide leadership and stability during this important transitional period.
Following recent challenges, new leadership and vision were essential to safeguard the Club
and secure its future. The Directors are committed to protecting Bristol Manor Farm’s proud
history while establishing strong, sustainable foundations for long-term success.
Immediate priorities include restoring financial stability, strengthening operations, setting a
clear long-term strategy, and supporting the Club’s management teams both on and off the
pitch. Speaking on behalf of the Board, Chris Holland said:


“Bristol Manor Farm is a fantastic football and social club with deep roots in its community.
We recognise the responsibility we now carry.
While we await completion of the FA’s ownership approval process, our focus is stability,
transparency and open communication as we reset, rebuild and move the Club forward
together.”

A full review of facilities and operations is already underway, with further updates to follow.
The Club thanks its players, staff, volunteers and supporters for their continued commitment
during a challenging season.
The focus now is unity, improving facilities and working collectively towards a sustainable
future, with community impact at its core.

Craig Stevens – Director

Craig is a local business owner with over 25 years’ experience across the sports, fitness,
leisure, hospitality and live events sectors. He holds an academic background in Sports
Science and studied Sports, Recreation and Outdoor Activity Management at university.
Throughout his career, Craig has focused on ventures that combine his love of sport and
fitness with commercial success and meaningful community impact.
After beginning his career in management roles with several major UK fitness, leisure and
hospitality brands, Craig went on to found and co-found multiple successful ventures. He is
now the Owner and Managing Director of Workout Ashton, a large independent health and
fitness club, and Superhuman Events Group, a mass participation sports, media and event
management company.
Craig now assumes the role of Director at Bristol Manor Farm FC, bringing a clear vision to
develop a thriving Community Sports & Events Venue alongside the football club,
underpinned by a strong commitment to building a sustainable organisation both on and off
the pitch.

Chris Holland – Director

Chris Holland brings over 15 years of leadership experience, entrepreneurial drive and
people-focused management to Bristol Manor Farm, where his primary focus will be the
development of the Club’s football operations.
A successful local business owner with a proven track record of building and leading high-
performing teams, Chris understands how to create structure, accountability and a culture
that delivers results. His strength lies in turning clear vision into measurable progress.
During his five years as a Director at Wrington Redhill FC, Chris played a key role in
founding the club’s youth section in 2023, growing it from inception to more than 150 players
through clear strategy, coach development and strong community engagement.
Chris combines commercial awareness with deep grassroots experience, ensuring football
operations are sustainable, ambitious and aligned across senior and youth pathways. He is
passionate about player development, raising standards and building a football identity the
whole club can be proud of.

Jack Hennessy – Director

Jack has joined Bristol Manor Farm on a full-time basis to oversee the day-to-day operations
of the Club’s ground, facilities and events programme.
With a professional background in leisure facility management and event operations, Jack
brings extensive experience in venue management, customer experience and commercial
delivery. His role will focus on ensuring the smooth running of the stadium, clubhouse, bar
and surrounding facilities, while maintaining high operational standards across the site.
Jack will lead on enhancing the matchday experience, coordinating game-day logistics, and
supporting volunteers to ensure a well-organised and welcoming environment for players,
officials and supporters alike.
He will also drive the development of new revenue streams by maximising the use of the
Club’s facilities for a wide range of sports, community activities and events, helping to
strengthen the venue’s role at the heart of the local community.
Jack’s appointment reinforces the Club’s commitment to professionalism, operational
excellence and long-term sustainability.
