Bristol Manor Farm make the long trip to Bideford on the season’s first evening kick-off, and Jack Davies returns to preview all of the action.
The Farmers will feel they should have won on opening day, but certainly will take a point after capitalising on a late, late penalty kick. The scorer of that spot kick was Owen Brain, who has netted three goals in his first two matches for the club and looks a constant threat. Farm were without three key players for that game, including captain Jamie Adams, who will be hoping to make a return for the Portwaymen on Tuesday evening. With five goals in their first two games, Farm certainly carry a constant threat going forward, but know that defensively they need to be on top of their game against a fearless Robins side.
Bideford boast a handy recent record against Farm and will be looking to build on their own opening day draw. Both sides are unbeaten this season, having won their cup game last week. Goalkeeper Adam Seedhouse-Evans rarely puts a foot wrong against Farm, or anyone! Whilst forwards Javan Wright and Ryan Turner, provide much of the hosts attacking threat. Both sides narrowly avoided relegation last season and will be hoping for a more comfortable spring this campaign.
