MATCHDAY GUIDE: Didcot Town (H)

Bristol Manor Farm kick off the busy festive period with a home clash against Didcot Town at The NL Services Stadium. Our matchday guide provides everything you need for the night, including previews, ticket information, hospitality details and travel advice.

JACK DAVIES’ Preview:

Bristol Manor Farm welcome Didcot Town this weekend, aiming to build on their recent positive form. Defensive solidity has been a key feature for Farm lately, with four clean sheets in their last five outings. This impressive run includes back-to-back victories over Shaftesbury and high-flying Exmouth.

Jacob Spence has played a pivotal role in this resurgence, not only bolstering the defence but also contributing in attack, netting the late winner in last week’s triumph. Farm also come into this fixture refreshed, with their scheduled trip to Tavistock postponed due to bad weather.

Didcot Town have experienced a mixed season so far, recording six wins and seven defeats. While they’ve had a challenging spell of late, their attacking prowess remains evident, although they did concede five goals in their most recent match a fortnight ago.

Hospitality

Excitement is building around The Farm’s social scene, and our friendly hospitality team is eager to welcome home and visiting supporters inside for some refreshments. This season, we’re offering updated membership passes for just £15, which include a 50p discount on all drinks at the bar.

Our kitchen and serving hatch have now been fully renovated, and we will be providing drinks and some refreshments there. However, if you’re looking for a bite to eat, please stop by Paul inside the food van and enjoy a range of hot foods.

Travel:

Supporters on planning to use public transport have two main options. There are Trains that run to Avonmouth and Severn Beach every 20 minutes from Bristol Temple Meads and you will need to get off at Sea Mills station, followed by a short 5 minute walk to the ground. Supporters travelling by Bus can catch the Portway Park & Ride from the city centre every 10 minutes, and will need to get off outside the ground at the Riverleaze stop.

We offer a FREE Car Park for our supporters. However, we encourage everyone to arrive at the ground well in advance of the match start time, as the parking spaces tend to fill up quickly once players and staff begin arriving for the evening.
