MATCHDAY GUIDE: Exmouth Town (H)

Bristol Manor Farm host high-flying Exmouth as they return to the NL Services Stadium. Our matchday guide provides everything you need for the night, including previews, ticket information, hospitality details and travel advice.

JACK DAVIES’ Preview:

The Farm’s injuries and suspensions saw them bring back three former Farmers last week, and it has paid immediate dividends. A 3-0 win over an in-form Shaftesbury was spearheaded by one of those returnees: wonderkid Evander Grubb. Louis Britton also returned to goal-scoring form by bagging a brace. Skipper Jamie Adams is back from suspension, and injured trio George Dowling, Harry Lucas, and Josh Bissett may be in contention for minutes if possible.

Only runaway leaders Yate Town have more points than Exmouth this season, and nobody has won more matches away from home. Exmouth were unbeaten in eight games before their last match, where they suffered a surprise defeat to Willand. Despite that setback, even the most ardent Town fan could hardly have predicted this imperious start, especially after a challenging campaign last season.

Manager Lee Lashenko shared his thoughts on the big fixture:
“Exmouth Town are another side we have full respect for. When we go there, they treat us with class, and I like to think they feel we reciprocate that. We have had plenty of good battles with them, and I expect more of the same. Me and Kevin (Hill) have a good relationship on and off the field.”

The Farm are starting to build momentum again, picking up seven points from a possible last 12.

Hospitality

Excitement is building around The Farm’s social scene, and our friendly hospitality team is eager to welcome home and visiting supporters inside for some refreshments. This season, we’re offering updated membership passes for just £15, which include a 50p discount on all drinks at the bar.

Our kitchen and serving hatch have now been fully renovated, and we will be providing drinks and some refreshments there. However, if you’re looking for a bite to eat, please stop by Paul inside the food van and enjoy a range of hot foods.

Travel:

Supporters on planning to use public transport have two main options. There are Trains that run to Avonmouth and Severn Beach every 20 minutes from Bristol Temple Meads and you will need to get off at Sea Mills station, followed by a short 5 minute walk to the ground. Supporters travelling by Bus can catch the Portway Park & Ride from the city centre every 10 minutes, and will need to get off outside the ground at the Riverleaze stop.

We offer a FREE Car Park for our supporters. However, we encourage everyone to arrive at the ground well in advance of the match start time, as the parking spaces tend to fill up quickly once players and staff begin arriving for the evening.
