TOOZE DEPARTS

Bristol Manor Farm AFC can confirm today that winger Kyle Tooze has departed The Creek by mutual consent.

Tooze joined the Farm after an impressive spell at fellow Southern League side Thatcham Town, when he ended the 2019/20 season as their player-of-the-season and top scorer with 15 goals respectively.

Since then, Tooze made a number of appearances for the Farm including scoring a hat-trick over Welton Rovers in December 2020 and a thumping volley against Melksham earlier on in the season.

Speaking to the club after Tooze’s departure, Manager Lee Lashenko commented: “We are sorry to see Kyle go. Melksham Town showed their interest, and after speaking with Kyle we decided that the two parties would go their separate ways.

“I have great respect for Kyle, and Bristol Manor Farm would like to thank him for all of his efforts since joining, and we wish him all the best with his new challenge at Melksham Town,” Lashenko said.
