Bristol Manor Farm Football Club is thrilled to announce the addition of Bath City’s record appearance maker, Dave Mogg, to Manager Lee Lashenko’s esteemed backroom team as the Specialist Goalkeeper Coach.
Mogg, a revered figure in Bath City’s history with over 500 appearances for the club, brings a wealth of experience as both a player and coach to Manor Farm. Beyond his illustrious career with the Romans, Mogg has also donned the colors of Bristol City and managed Yate Town alongside current Assistant Manager Grantley Dicks between 2009 and 2011.
Manager Lee Lashenko expressed his delight at securing Mogg’s services, emphasising the positive impact he has already had on the team. “Dave Mogg is a fantastic asset to Bristol Manor Farm. His experience as a player and manager, especially at a club like Bath City, adds fantastic value to our coaching staff,” said Lashenko.
Mogg, who has previously managed Yate Town with Grantley Dicks, has seamlessly integrated into the coaching setup at Manor Farm. Working alongside goalkeeper coaches Seth Locke and Ben John, Mogg has wasted no time in making a positive impression on the club’s goalkeeping unit, including the Under-18 keepers Connor Elliot-Bailey and Louis Smith.
Manager Lashenko highlighted Mogg’s enthusiasm for coaching and his eagerness to take on a new challenge at Manor Farm. “Dave is really keen to get back into coaching, and we’re delighted to provide him with the opportunity. His passion for the game and wealth of knowledge will undoubtedly benefit our goalkeepers and the entire squad,” said Lashenko.
