Howe About That

[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Bristol Manor Farm Football Club is thrilled to announce that striker Owen Howe will be rejoining the club for the remainder of the 2021/22 Southern League Division One South Season. Howe will be available for selection on Saturday at AFC Totton.

The vastly experienced frontman arrives back at The Creek following the expiration of his contract at fellow Division One South side Barnstaple Town. Prior to his Barum move, Howe mutually agreed to leave Bristol Manor Farm in November to join Southern League Premier South outfit Tiverton Town.

Howe was an instant hit at the beginning of the season for the Farm, scoring 13 goals which made him the top scorer at the club and in the division. Since then, Howe has notched in an impressive 21 goals for all three clubs in the Southern League this season – including a late strike against Cirencester Town in Barnstaple’s 2-1 loss at The Corinium.

Speaking to the club, Manager Lashenko commented: “When we found out that Owen was available again, we had to act quickly to get him back on-board for the remainder of the season.

“He’s a proven goalscorer in this league, and is a player that we all know very well from his time playing for us previously.

“There’s six mouthwatering matches left, and having a player with Owen’s calibre to partner our current forwards – I think we’re in a great position to secure a play-off position,” Lashenko expressed.

Everyone connected to Bristol Manor Farm FC would like to welcome Owen back to the club, and look forward to seeing him back in a Manor Farm shirt on Saturday against AFC Totton. [/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
