This Saturday, Bristol Manor Farm head to The Snows Stadium to face 3rd placed AFC Totton in the Southern League Division One South. Here is all the match preview, travel and ticket information ahead of the fixture.

Off the back of Saturday’s 2-0 home win against Willand Rovers, attention turns to a ‘play-off six-pointer’ against high-flying AFC Totton on England’s South Coast. The Stags currently have the same points tally as Manor Farm (55) but have played two matches less and have a far superior goal difference. However, based off the last six matches – the Farmers sit second in the division’s form table, only to be knocked off top spot following Plymouth Parkway’s midweek victory. The two sides previously met in September with the match ending 2-2, courtesy of two free-kicks from Owen Howe.

Dan Sackman’s side were off the pace against Larkhall at the beginning of the month, but quickly reminded the division why they’re still in with a chance of becoming champions after they defeated Cirencester 1-0 last time out.

For the Farm, it’s been a near perfect month for the club who have picked up seven points from their past three matches. A thumping 4-0 home win against Highworth was followed by a score draw at Slimbridge, and then a 2-0 home victory against the Devon All-Whites, Willand.

Saturday’s debutant Kye Simpson capped his excellent performance with a sumptuous goal, gracefully volleying into the net to make it 2-0 to the Farm. Match highlights to follow on Official BMF TV. The Opponents

Association Football Club Totton is a football club based in Totton, Hampshire, England.

The 2010–11 season saw the Stags play their first match at the newly built 3,000-capacity Testwood Stadium with the first match against Paulton Rovers, winning 5–1. The club also gained promotion to the Premier Division when they won the league on the final day of the season with a 1–0 win away at Gosport Borough. The club made it a double winning season when they beat Sholing 3–1 in the Hampshire Senior Cup final at the home of Southampton, St. Mary’s Stadium.

The 2011–12 season saw the club beat Bradford Park Avenue 8–1 to reach the FA Cup second round for the first time in their history. A record attendance of 2,315 was achieved beating their previous record of 1,746 when Totton played Southampton in 2009.

Totton’s dream of reaching the third round of the FA Cup was ended as they lost 6–1 against Bristol Rovers in the FA Cup 2nd Round at the Testwood Stadium. The club also finished third in the league, and so entered the play-offs to gain promotion to the Football Conference beating Chesham United 3–2 in the semi-final, but lost 4–2 to Oxford City in the final.

The club finished the season in the Hampshire Senior Cup final at St Mary’s Stadium, but could not make it three wins in a row as they lost to Eastleigh 2–0. After finishing mid-table in 2012–13, the club were relegated to Division One South & West at the end of the 2013–14 season.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
