MATCH REPORT: Larkhall Athletic 1-1 Bristol Manor Farm

Jamie Adams’ 94th-minute equaliser kept Farm’s unbeaten run intact as Farm left it late to secure a point against Larkhall.

Farm may have left it late, but Larkhall struck first very early. Alex Lambert rose highest to head home after just three minutes. That lead was almost doubled within another three minutes, but Evrard Yao’s effort rebounded off the foot of the post. Farm gained a foothold after the let-off but struggled to create significant chances. Louis Britton came inches from connecting with a cross from the left, but the home side held their lead going into the break.

They maintained that lead through much of the second half, but not for lack of effort from Farm. A dominant spell saw chances come regularly. Dan Dodimead forced a smart save inside the area, and a clever corner found Britton, whose stinging effort was also well saved. Farm were given a helping hand late on as a second yellow card reduced Larkhall to ten men. The man who earned that second booking was Olly Sully, and he wasn’t finished tormenting the Larkhall backline. In the final few seconds of added time, Sully burst down the flank, and his cutback was emphatically swept home by skipper Jamie Adams, earning Farm the point they thoroughly deserved.
