Preview:
Bristol Manor Farm v Slough Town, 1:00pm kick-off.
As we gear up for our first home friendly of the summer, Bristol Manor Farm FC is thrilled to welcome Slough Town back to The NL Services Stadium. This encounter comes six years after our memorable FA Cup clashes during the 2018/19 season, and it promises to be an exciting matchup as both teams prepare for the new season. Our supporters will undoubtedly remember the fiercely contested matches against Slough Town a few seasons ago. We held them to a hard-fought draw at Arbour Park, which forced a thrilling replay at The Creek.
Ahead of tomorrow’s game, Manager Lee Lashenko shared his anticipation and reflections on facing Slough Town once again:
“Supporters will remember two fiercely contested matches against Slough a few seasons ago, where we held them to a draw at Arbour Park, forcing them to a replay at The Creek. We look forward to welcoming their players, staff, and supporters back to Bristol for our first home friendly match of the summer.
“We’ve had two good tests so far in Oldland and Mendip Broadwalk, but this will be a great challenge for our players, and we’re really looking forward to getting back underway on home soil.”

Hospitality:
Newly appointed Bar Steward Jas Chappell and her team are excited to welcome new and returning supporters back to the Social Club on match days. From 11am, they will be ready to serve a wide selection of beverages, including draught standard and premium options, as well as alcoholic and non-alcoholic cans and bottles. Membership passes will be available at the bar, offering a 50p discount on all drinks, so be sure to speak to Jas about joining. Additionally, hot food will be served inside the Social Club.
Travel:
Supporters on planning to use public transport have two main options. There are Trains that run to Avonmouth and Severn Beach every 20 minutes from Bristol Temple Meads and you will need to get off at Sea Mills Station, followed by a short 5 minute walk to the ground. Supporters travelling by Bus can catch the Portway Park and Ride from the city centre every 10 minutes, and will need to get off outside the ground at the Riverleaze stop.
The NL Services Stadium, Portway, Sea Mills, Bristol, BS9 2HS.
The Weather:
Our widely accessible and (not very reliable) sources certainly leave room for optimism on the weather front… “Sunny intervals and light winds” – we shall see.
