MATCH PREVIEW: Westbury United (A)

Bristol Manor Farm enter the home straight of the season with a trip to Westbury United, and with midweek results going in The Farm’s favour, Jack Davies tells us what to expect from the match.

Bristol MF completed a perfect Easter weekend double with two wins from the games, making it six wins in their last seven. Striker Dan Dodimead scored in both Easter games, but the headlines went to Jayden Nielsen, who capped his two assists on good Friday with an absolute stunner to win Monday’s game at Willand late on. Farm had an enforced break last weekend due to the expulsion of Hamworthy United from the Southern League, however, have had to wait even longer for their return to action after Wednesday’s trip to Tavistock was postponed.

The White Horse Men have largely had a season to forget but will still be keen to guarantee their league safety with a couple more points. The hosts only have the one win since New Year’s day but will be bouyed by recent draws against high flying Bideford and Bermerton. Former Farm man Kyle Tooze has added to their recent fire power, following his departure from Paulton Rovers.
