Bristol Manor Farm Football Club is delighted to share the news that Mason Winter will be signing a new contract ahead of 2023/24, keeping him at The Creek for his fifth season.
Winter has held down his defensive position on the right side for a number of seasons now, and has committed his future to the Farm for another year – where he admits that himself and the squad have ‘unfinished business’ ahead of what’s set to be another exciting campaign on the Portway.
“I do think that myself and the players have unfinished business here at the club, and we desperately want to make up for last season,” Winter began.
“Whilst we were delighted to have kept our place in the division, we know that we were under par for large spells of the season.
“We’ve seen what this club can achieve in the past few seasons, and we want to be fighting at the top again.”
Winter becomes the eighth signing that the club has made this summer, and has admitted that the club really ‘feels like home’.
“I absolutely love playing here at the Farm. The fans have been amazing, and the support I’ve had from Lee and the players has been great.
“I’ve become really close with this group, and I think that if we can carry the momentum from last season, we could have a good season here.”
We would like to wish Mason Winter a warm welcome back to the club, and we look forward to seeing him back in a Farm shirt.
