Howe About That

Bristol Manor Farm Football Club is thrilled to welcome back prolific striker Owen Howe following his departure from Willand Rovers.

Owen is certainly no stranger to the club, as he returns for his fourth spell at The Farm. He is our second-highest goalscorer, with over 70 goals, surpassed only by Dean Stamp. His last season with us was in 2022/23 where he scored 24 goals across all competitions and left on great terms, departing solely for location preferences to play closer to his Devon home.

Speaking to the club, Owen said: “I’m delighted to be back at The Farm. There’s a reason I always return—this place feels like home to me. I’ve had some of my best years playing for this club, and it’s filled with great people.

“They have an exciting squad this season, and I’m looking forward to joining them and helping in any way I can to get the team competing at the top.”

Manager Lee Lashenko also commented on Owen’s return:

“If you look at the statistics, the impact he’s had on the club over the seasons has been crucial for us, and we’re delighted to have him with us.

“We understand that Owen will need to serve his suspension following his dismissal at the weekend for Willand. However, as we always do at this club, we will support Owen through that process, and we look forward to having him back with us to add even more strength to the team.”

Please join us in giving a warm Farmy Army welcome back to Owen Howe.
