MATCH PREVIEW: Tavistock (A)

Tavistock awaits Bristol Manor Farm in the final stretch of the season, and Jack Davies has all the details ahead of Wednesday’s match at Langsford Park.

The Farm completed a perfect Easter weekend double with two wins from the games, making it six wins in their last seven. Striker Dan Dodimead scored in both Easter games, but the headlines went to Jayden Nielsen, who capped his two assists on good Friday with an absolute stunner to win Monday’s game at Willand late on. Lewis Leigh-Gilchrist is also back with the Farm and impressed in both of his cameos last weekend.

Tavistock are one of that almighty cluster of teams chasing the play-off spots along with The Farm, though only a single win in their last four means they will probably need a perfect run with their last six games. The squad certainly possesses the quality capable of such a run, however. Talented attackers Alex Battle and Ed Harrison are joined by striker Liam Prynn, who grabbed a late winner in reverse fixture at The NL Services Stadium.
