CLUB STATEMENT

Over the past couple of weeks, it has been brought to our attention that a small section of spectators used extremely offensive language, which included racist comments, during our pre-season fixture against Barry Town United on Saturday 10th July.

We have a zero-tolerance policy towards discriminatory language, abuse, chanting and behaviour of any kind. It is vital that our community of fans, present and future, understand that we will not tolerate racism and discrimination. Bristol Manor Farm Football Club, its committee members and volunteers dedicate large portions of their time to ensure that our football club displays high standards of professionalism both on and off the field. We would like to wholeheartedly apologise to Barry Town United for any form of discrimination that their players may have received during the aforementioned fixtured.

We will continue to collaborate with the Southern League, Kick It Out and others to develop and implement anti-discrimination processes and practices, including both sanctions and education programmes where appropriate.
