[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]With the new season right around the corner, Bristol Manor Farm A.F.C. is delighted to announce the return of attacking midfielder Jayden Nielsen.
Nielsen will be no stranger to Lee Lashenko’s side, having already played for the Farm last season joining from Toolstation Premier side Brislington on a duel registration in December, 2020.
The exciting prospect left the Creek in the summer, in pursuit of a contract with Conference South outfit Bath City FC, but has since returned a Portwaymen player ready to make his mark in the Southern League in just eight days time.
Speaking to the club, Nielsen commented: “As most will know, I’ve spent the past couple of weeks down at Bath City Football Club. But after speaking with their manager (Jerry Gill) they couldn’t offer me the regular football that I’m looking for.
“I’m only young, and I feel that I need to keep playing regular football to help me progress – and I’m grateful to Laz (Lee Lashenko) for being able to offer that to me,” Nielsen said.
“Although I was only at Manor for a few months, I really enjoyed my time at the club. There’s a great bunch of lads down here and full credit to the manager for bringing in extra quality this summer.
“We’ve got a really good team, and I’m hopeful that we can get promoted permitting that all the lads work hard from now until the end of the season,” Nielsen expressed.
I’m sure you will all join us in welcoming Jayden back to the Creek, and look forward to seeing our latest signing in action when we travel to The Corinium Stadium on Saturday 14th August.
