MATCH PREVIEW: Melksham Town (H)

Bristol Manor Farm host Melksham Town for their final home match of the 2023/24 season on Saturday afternoon, and Jack Davies previews all the action.

It’s fair to say that The Farm are flying high right now. A perfect Easter weekend was followed by a thumping 4-0 victory away at Westbury, and have now won seven of their last eight matches. Striker Dan Dodimead has scored in all three wins since good Friday and his strike partner Ben Bament finally got a goal that his recent performances deserved. Also on the scoresheet Saturday was full back Aron Robbins, who has been excellent at both ends of the pitch of late.

Melksham may have little to play for as the season draws to a close but since those shackles have come off, they have been in fine form. A last minute victory at Mousehole started the winning run, where they have since demolished Bemerton Heath Harlequins 4-0, and Bideford 2-1 in midweek. Sam Hendy and Elliott Heffenden as their men in form, both with four goals in their last five games.
