Just three days after Manor Fram’s preseason opener, they are back n action against stiff opposition in the form or Hallen. Following promotion from the Western Div One, the North Bristol outfit are riding a high as they return to Step 5 football. Manor Farm hit the road again as we visit familiar foes Hallen in our second pre-season fixture. Following an opening defeat to Bristol Telephones, the squad remains very much in a transitional phase. There were encouraging signs despite the result, and Will Justin is expected to rotate his squad as preparations continue for the season ahead.
Tuesday’s opponents will pose another tough test. Hallen come into this one on the back of a title-winning campaign and a move to the Hellenic League — with two wins from two in pre-season so far. With fitness and cohesion the priority, we’d love to see the Farmy Army out in force once again to back the boys!

Hallen AFC’s clubhouse will be open throughout the evening serving a range of drinks and snacks and there is also a pitchside bar. If you are looking for a local drinking hole close the the ground then The King William IV or the King Billy is you best option and a 10 minute walk from the ground.
Travel
Hallen is accessible by public transport. If travelling from the Centre, get bus 3 or 4. Alight at Avonmouth Way in Henbury and the ground is under a half hour walk from there.
